No purchase is necessary to enter or win this Sweepstakes. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Sweepstakes Dates
This Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on April 28, 2017, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on May 31, 2017 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, one prize winner will be randomly selected to receive a prize, as described below.
Sweepstakes Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Rich Products Corporation, One Robert Rich Way, Buffalo, NY 14213 in collaboration with Fresh Batch Insights.
Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age and older at the time of entry. Officers, directors and employees of Rich Products Corporation and Fresh Batch Insights and members of these persons’ immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings and each of their respective spouses regardless of where they reside) and/or persons living in the same households as those person whether or not related thereto are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law.
To Enter
You may enter the Sweepstakes by either 1) completing an online survey, 2) entering online without completing a survey, or 3) sending an email to christy@freshbatchinsights.com or laurel@freshbatchinsights.com. The online survey entries are made by visiting the webpage located at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/RPCK12 and completing the online survey. Upon completion of the survey, you will be given the option to enter the Sweepstakes by completing an online entry form. To complete the online entry without completing the survey, visit https://www.freshbatchinsights.com/talk-to-us, complete the online entry form by providing the required information and submit the entry according to the directions on the screen. You may also enter via email by providing the same information (full name, address, daytime telephone number, valid email address) to christy@freshbatchinsights.com or laurel@freshbatchinsights.com. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, late, lost, stolen, illegible or misdirected entries. Only one entrant’s name may appear on an entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the person entering the Sweepstakes, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address at the time of entry. All entries submitted become the sole property of the sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
How to Win
One winner will be selected randomly on or about June 1, 2017, from all entries received during the dates of the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Potential prizewinners will be notified by email using the email address provided in the submission. The prize will be awarded within 3 weeks of a winner’s confirmation. If the winner does not respond to the email notification within 1 week of the initial attempt to notify, or if the chosen winner is otherwise determined to be ineligible, does not comply with these rules or declines the prize, a different winner will be selected.

Prize

The prize for winning the Sweepstakes is a $50.00 gift card. The retail value of the prize is approximately $55.00, which includes the shipping cost. No transfer or cash redemption of prizes is permitted expect at the sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state or local taxes. Prizes are limited to one person.
Rules of Participation
All entrants in the Sweepstakes, by participating in the Sweepstakes, agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of sponsor which are final in all respects relating to the Sweepstakes. Winner agrees that sponsor may use the winner’s name, voice, image and/or likeness for advertising publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor and its subsidiaries and affiliates without further compensation unless prohibited by law, and to execute a specific consent to such use if asked to do so.
